By booking a tour through NiagaraTours.ca, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and payment. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes are added at checkout. Any optional attractions or services are charged separately unless your booking says they are included.

Cancellations. You may cancel for any reason by email at least one day before your tour date and receive a full refund. Please include your booking reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.

Pickup and itinerary. Please be at your confirmed pickup location on time. Stops, attractions, and return times may change because of weather, traffic, closures, or other conditions outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable experience.

Your booking details. Please check your confirmation and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect. Children must travel with a responsible adult.
