How far is Niagara Falls from Toronto?
About 130 km (80 miles), roughly 1.5 hours by bus.
Do you pick up from all Toronto hotels?
Yes — free at our seven standard stops, and door-to-door from any other hotel, Airbnb or home in the Toronto area for a small fee shown at checkout.
What time will you pick me up?
Standard stops have fixed times (see Pickup stops). For door-to-door pickups the time is calculated from your address and shown in your confirmation email. Please be ready 15 minutes early.
What time does the tour get back?
Around 5:30 pm at 65 Bremner Blvd or your pickup point. We can't guarantee the time — traffic and weather decide.
Can I be dropped off somewhere else?
Yes. Tell your guide; downtown drop-offs for dinner or a game are common.
Is lunch included?
No. You have about 3 hours at the Falls — enough for lunch and two attractions. A quick lunch leaves more time for the Falls.
Are tips included?
No. Tipping isn't required, but it's customary if you enjoyed the day.
Does the tour run on holidays and in winter?
Every day of the year. Some businesses close on holidays; the tour still runs.
I have a flight tonight. Can you get me to the airport?
Yes — add "Airport drop-off" when you book. You'll arrive at Pearson around 6:30 pm. We can't guarantee the time, so book flights with a margin.
How does the free photo work?
Book the Hornblower boat cruise with your tour and your group's souvenir photo package ($50 value) is included. The photo is taken at the boat before boarding; collection details are in your confirmation email. One package per booking.
Is there time for the boat and Journey Behind the Falls?
Yes, the day is planned for two to three activities. Buying tickets with us skips the general ticket line.
Does the tour go to the American side?
No. We stay on the Canadian side — the best views. No passport needed.
What language is the tour in?
English. Our guides are happy to speak slowly and answer questions.
Can I cancel?
