What time will you pick me up?
It all depends on your location. The exact time will be in your email confirmation, but you can use this as a guideline:
We will send a courtesy vehicle to pick you up and transfer you to our tour bus located in downtown Toronto. If you are in a residential area where buses are not allowed, we may send an Uber. Watch you email/text messages for updates.
What time does the tour return?
The tour typically returns at 6:30 Pm. However we can not guarantee the return time because of weather and traffic.
Can you drop me off at a different location?
Yes. Often people want to be dropped off in downtown Toronto to catch dinner, a sporting event, or see the sites. Just mention this to the tour guide?
Are tips included?
Tips are not included in the price of the tour. It is not mandatory, but customary to give a small tip if you enjoyed the service.
When can I have lunch?
There is enough time to have lunch during the 2-3 hours in Niagara Falls. There are many places in Niagara Falls to choose from. We suggest a quick lunch instead of a formal sit-down lunch. A quick lunch will give you more time to enjoy Niagara Falls.
Is Niagara Falls open on holidays?
Niagara Falls is open all year round. Our Niagara tour also runs every day of the year. On some holidays, establishments (like wineries) are closed but the tour will still be running.
I have a plane to catch. Can you drop me off at the Airport?
Yes. Expect to arrive at the airport at 6:30 pm. Use our airport drop-off option so that we arrange an airport taxi to intercept the bus and take you to the airport. We can not guarantee the return time, and we can not be responsible if you miss your flight.
Is there enough time to do Hornblower Boat ride, and Journey behind the Falls?
Yes. We designed the tour for you to do 2-3 activities while in Niagara Falls. On some busy days the line-ups are very long, so we will try to recommend the best attractions to see. Buying the Hornblower boat ride from us in advance bypasses the regular general public ticket line.
Does the tour go to the American side?
No. The tour stays on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. You do not need a US Visa to go on our Niagara Falls tour.
